HK Bargain is a community noticeboard for sharing deals found in Hong Kong. We are not the seller — every deal belongs to the shop offering it, prices and expiry dates change without warning, and you should always confirm the details with the merchant before you buy. HK Bargain is a community platform where members and our own team share promotions, discounts and special offers found at Hong Kong shops and online stores. We gather and describe deals, but we are not a shop, a seller, or a party to anything you buy. When you follow a deal you leave this site and deal directly with the merchant on their own website — the sale, the payment, the product and the after-sales service are entirely between you and them.

Prices, discounts, coupon codes, stock levels and expiry dates change constantly and often without notice. A deal listed here may be wrong, out of date, or ended by the time you see it. Listings show the information available when the deal was posted, in Hong Kong dollars unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep the board fresh and to mark expired deals, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate, or still available. Always check the final price and terms on the merchant’s own page before buying.

An account is needed to post deals, comments, votes and forum posts. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone uses your account without permission. You are responsible for what happens through your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. You can stop using the site at any time.

Deals, comments, votes, forum threads and chat messages that members post are the responsibility of the member who posted them, not of HK Bargain. When you post something you promise that:

• it is honest and you are not deliberately misleading anyone;
• it does not break the law or anyone’s rights (including copyright);
• it is not spam, advertising for your own sake, or abuse aimed at other members.

You still own what you write, but you give us permission to display it on the site. Moderators and administrators may edit, move or remove any post, and improve a deal’s picture or wording, to keep the site useful and safe. If you believe a post infringes your rights, contact us and we will look into it.

Deal cards lead to merchants’ own websites, campaign pages and social-media posts. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, safety or privacy practices. Read their own terms and privacy policies before buying or signing up with them.

Some shop links on HK Bargain are affiliate links — if you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission from the merchant at no extra cost to you. The site also carries advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense; Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. How ads and cookies work is described in our Privacy & Cookies notice. Commissions and ads never change which deals we list or what we say about them.

• Don’t interfere with the site or its servers, try to break in, or use it to spread malware.
• Don’t flood the board with spam, fake deals, or bulk copies of the same post.
• Don’t scrape or copy the site in ways that disrupt it for everyone else.
• Don’t impersonate other people, shops, or the HK Bargain team.

HK Bargain is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage connected to the site or to any deal you follow from it — including missed savings, wrong prices, or anything that happens between you and a merchant. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date below shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
