Tao Heung group restaurants run an evening dinner add-on across their branches: order any three of the chef's signature dinner dishes and a premium chicken pot or a lotus-leaf basket of steamed sea prawns can be added on for a token sum during dinner service.

• Signature dishes: ginger scallion shrimp and crab vermicelli pot $158, steamed blue grouper $168, Boston lobster on udon $188 (choice of cheese or superior broth)
• Add $1 for one add-on: white pepper pork tripe free-range chicken pot OR lotus-leaf basket steamed sea prawns, 12 pieces
