HKTVmall slashes free-delivery thresholds — free pickup for everyone

HKTVmall has re-cut its delivery rules in the shopper's favour across every membership tier: the free-delivery line moves down a tier-by-tier ladder, and store pickup goes free for every member on even a single item. For weekly grocery and household orders this is the kind of change that quietly saves real money, because a basket no longer needs padding past an old threshold just to dodge the delivery fee. Pickup covers the city-wide network of convenience-store counters and post-office shelves.
