Sushiro: Kyushu Fair round 2 — Kyushu plates from $12 (from Sep 22)

Sushiro HK's Kyushu Fair rolls into its second round across all branches, bringing five Kyushu-inspired plates to the conveyor belt. The line-up spans salt-cured horse mackerel, lava-grilled seared bonito grilled over Sakurajima lava, charcoal-grilled chicken seaweed wraps, mentaiko squid gunkan made with Hakata mentaiko, and takoyaki fried fresh in-store. Everything is offered while daily stocks last.
