Cafe de Coral turns its evening hotpot menu into a four-day add-on festival, letting hotpot diners top up their pot with sliced beef or pork at a flat add-on price. A newly launched golden pot with chicken and mushrooms joins the evening line-up while the offer runs.

• With any hotpot, add US grain-fed beef slices or Canadian pork slices at $9 per portion (retail from $20)
• Limit one add-on per hotpot
• New golden rolling pot with free-range chicken and matsumoto mushrooms, evenings only
