Super Super Congee & Noodle: $32 specified congee and noodles, Tuesdays to Thursdays in October

Super Super Congee & Noodle (一粥麵) has a standing October answer for the midweek lunch: every Tuesday to Thursday, one specified congee or noodle bowl sells at a flat price with a hot drink folded in, and the featured bowl rotates week to week so regulars meet something new each visit. The month opens with cuttlefish-ball wonton noodles and travels through dace-ball congee, beef-tripe noodles and a Liwan-style sampan congee before the month closes. It is an after-11am counter deal at the neighbourhood branches, one bowl to a customer.
